BMW Repair & Service in Rockville, MD
Planning maintenance or repairs for your BMW
Preferred Automotive welcomes BMW owners at our Rockville shop. Tell us your year, model, engine and service needs so we can confirm the work before scheduling. Bring previous service records so we can add them to your vehicle history.
Trustworthy BMW Auto Repair
For scheduled maintenance, we review the vehicle requirements and available history. For a warning light or drivability problem, describe when it happens, whether it is intermittent, and any recent work. A typical diagnostic appointment takes at least an hour; complex problems may need additional time.
Why Preferred Automotive
Our team has Lincoln Tech training and takes specialist classes and online training. Our technicians are not currently ASE certified.
Diagnostic work starts at $212. We explain additional diagnostic time and cost before proceeding, share findings and obtain approval for repairs. Availability and repair time depend on the vehicle, diagnosis and parts.
