Financing is available through Synchrony Bank. Ask the shop for the current offer and applicable terms rather than relying on an old promotion or assuming a repair qualifies. Discussing financing doesn't replace approving the repair estimate; those are separate decisions.

How an extended warranty plan is handled

We accept extended vehicle warranty plans. We charge our normal repair rate and deduct the amount the plan pays. You are responsible for the remaining balance, so ask about that amount when discussing the repair and the plan's contribution.

The estimate includes parts, labor, fees and taxes. We discuss inspection findings and obtain approval by phone, text or email before repairs. Additional work needs your approval too. Keep a contact number available while the vehicle is here so questions can be resolved with you.

A service plan that leaves room for your Potomac day

The Potomac Community Recreation Center is on Falls Road beside Potomac Community Neighborhood Park. If a class, a game or a family pickup is already on the calendar, a repair visit needs a place in that plan too. Tell us about the time you need the car, especially when more than one person depends on it.
