Auto Repair in Rock Creek Palisades, MD

Volkswagen compact car

Keep the history together

We keep detailed maintenance and repair records and can add records from other shops. Bring the information you'd like reviewed when booking from Rock Creek Palisades.

Our family-owned shop is at 12356 Wilkins Ave in Rockville and has operated at this location since 1990.

Call with your vehicle details, the records you have and any maintenance or repair concerns you want to discuss.

PLAN YOUR ROCK CREEK PALISADES VISIT

Use reminders to plan the next visit

We send text and email reminders for factory maintenance, oil changes and previously recommended work, including safety concerns. A reminder may relate to an earlier visit, so ask us which item it refers to if you aren't sure.

If another shop has since completed the work, let us know and bring the record. If it is still pending, discuss the recommendation and the service time needed before booking. Keeping the history current helps make the next visit about the vehicle's actual needs rather than an incomplete account.

Keeping the car ready for Rock Creek Palisades routines

Rock Creek Palisades includes streets around Lawrence Avenue and Connecticut Avenue. If your car mostly makes the same local trips, a service reminder or an older recommendation can be easy to set aside until something changes. Keeping a record of the work already done makes the next maintenance conversation more useful.

Our shop is at 12356 Wilkins Ave in Rockville. Bring the records you have and tell us how the vehicle is used, including any longer trip you have coming up. We can review its history and discuss the service you want to arrange, along with the time you need to plan for.

Service and tire rotations

Minor Service includes an oil change, tire rotation and a full AutoServe1 digital inspection with a report explanation. The approximate cost is $195; confirm your vehicle's price. Diagnostic work is separate, so mention warning lights or new concerns when booking.

Bring the maintenance records you have, including work completed elsewhere. Tell us about new noises, warning lights or changes when you call rather than leaving them until a routine service visit.

Ask us to explain the inspection report and any proposed work. Confirm the service price for your vehicle and discuss separate diagnostic work before deciding what to arrange.

DISCUSS YOUR MAINTENANCE VISIT

Review the work before the next drive

We inspect and test-drive completed work, with checks by different team members when appropriate. Ask about the invoice and any recommendations that remain at pickup. We also follow up by phone, text and email and track future maintenance or unfinished work.

Call 301-881-8530 with your vehicle details and the service you want to arrange. Tell us how to reach you during the visit and bring the records you'd like added to the history.
